About Us:
Steel Castles Inc. builds high-quality shipping container and prefab homes across Nova Scotia. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day project management tasks
Order and track materials for ongoing projects
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and team members
Schedule site visits and maintain project timelines
Handle basic office tasks, including data entry and documentation
Support senior project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
Valid driver's license (travel to project sites required)
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, online ordering)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Construction or project coordination experience is an asset (but not required)
