To work with Project Controllers and support Project Managers across North America, we are looking for an Assistant Project Accountant to join our team. We are a team working alongside our customers on some of North America\'s most prestigious projects in infrastructure projects. And we are thrilled to have contributed to projects like the Golden Ears and the Lions Gate Bridges. Together with customers, partners, and colleagues, we shape a future where people and societies grow and flourish. We do that by co-creating sustainable and beautiful solutions that improve the quality of life for people today and many generations ahead.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage reallocation of project costs.
  • Support complex project invoicing process.
  • Help in the closure of completed projects.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of internal accounts.
  • Support employees with time registration.
  • Ensure that company financial and project guidelines are followed.

On top of that, you will:
  • Be working towards a bachelor\'s degree in accounting or similar.
  • Have comprehensive written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Excel.
  • Display high attention to detail and time management skills.
