The Department of Anthropology, Economics, and Political Science in the Faculty of Arts and Science invites applications for an entry-level, full-time, tenure-track appointment in Economics at the rank of Assistant Professor, commencing July 1, 2026, subject to final budgetary approval.
You will play a vital role in enhancing the department's teaching focus and will contribute to the delivery and continuous improvement of the Economics program. You are willing to teach at all
levels of the curriculum, particularly senior-level courses in Financial Economics or Quantitative Economics.
You must have, or be close to completion of, a terminal degree in Economics, an ongoing research program, and will demonstrate a primary commitment to undergraduate teaching. Preferred candidates will have post-secondary teaching experience that provides evidence of excellence or promise of excellence in teaching.
You will submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, teaching dossier (including recent teaching evaluations), a statement of research interests, and a sample of scholarly work.

Only selected candidates will be required to submit official transcripts sent directly from the institutions where you completed your degrees.
