This includes scheduling, promoting, evaluating, and quality control of all aquatic recreational activities and programs as well as assisting with supervising building maintenance. The work includes instructing programs, guarding, employee training, and providing direction to on-duty staff. There is a requirement for the incumbent to be on-call at designated times and to respond to emergencies after hours. This position works a variety of shifts, evenings and weekends are required as the facility operates seven days a week from 6 am to 11 pm approximately.QUALIFICATIONS: The position requires that the individual have a Grade 12 diploma and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. The incumbent must possess the ability to work independently and have strong interpersonal skills.
