Main responsibilities
- Greet customers
- Collect data
- Enter client data into the computer system
- Transmit claim requests to insurers
- Prepare and file prescriptions
- Pre-package medications in weekly pillboxes
- Maintain inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products and remove expired products from inventory according to established protocol
- Performs receiving of merchandise
- Performs cashier duties in the laboratory
- Take telephone calls
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory

Requirements
- Diploma (DEP) of technical assistant in pharmacy is an asset
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position (asset)
- Experience in customer service
- Good computer skills
- Bilingual
