Customer Service Responsibilities



Customer service is at the heart of everything we do. You are expected to model exceptional service at all times and help shape the experience our customers have in the space.

Create a warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable experience for every customer Confidently answer product questions, educate customers on sustainable choices, and guide purchasing decisions Handle customer feedback, questions, and concerns calmly and professionally De-escalate issues with empathy, accountability, and solution-focused thinking Set the standard for customer service behavior and coach others by example Build genuine relationships with customers and contribute to a strong sense of community

Operations Responsibilities



This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to see the big picture while managing details.

Ensure daily store operations run smoothly and consistently Open and close the store, complete daily cash-out and reconciliation accurately Maintain high standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and organization Assign and follow up on daily cleaning and operational tasks Create, follow, and improve checklists and schedules to ensure nothing is missed Support inventory management including counts, data entry, and reorder preparation Coordinate deliveries, vendor pickups, and in-house production needs Maintain and manage the in-house production schedule, including hands-on product making Identify inefficiencies and take initiative to improve systems and workflow

Leadership Responsibilities

There are some physical aspects to the role including lifting up to 50 pounds, being on your feet during your shift and organizing the stockroom with the use of a ladder.
