We are a family owned and operated real estate sign company looking for an addition to our team! Regular work hours would be Monday - Friday, approximately 9am to 4pm. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, detail oriented, people friendly, organized, and motivated. Being able to independently manage your time well is important, as you will likely be jumping between multiple tasks throughout the day. We are looking for someone who can eventually comfortably jump in wherever needed, without being asked, in our day to day operations. Tasks would include answering phones and emails, reviewing/scheduling production orders, inventory management, sign manufacturing, large format print production, and administrative duties. Supporting fellow staff and aiding in client relations is a key part in ensuring everything runs smoothly and timelines are met. This role would eventually translate into an office/shop manager. Experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has the qualities to succeed within our company. Willingness to learn, work hard and take initiative are key qualities we are looking for in a candidate. This is a permanent, full-time position. Compensation would start at $22.00/hr, increasing to $26.00/hr as training milestones are completed. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour Work Location: In person
