Job Description


Many of our clients, fast-growing law firms, want to join their team of administrative assistants and legal assistants who specialize in litigation, family law and other matters.

Main responsibilities:
-Printing and reproduction of documents;
-Opening and closing of files (electronic and physical);
-Preparation of list of supporting documents for legal files and other procedures;
-Ensure certain telephone or email communications;
-Perform the filing of paper and electronic documentation;
-Billing assistance;
-Support the team for any other administrative task.

Skills and abilities:
-You have a DEP in secretarial work or equivalent training or experience of at least 1 year;
-You have a perfect command of French both orally and in writing;
-You have an excellent ability to work in a team and have a sense of autonomy and initiative;
-You are comfortable in a computer environment, especially with the Office suite and Outlook;
-You know how to show discretion, rigor and meticulousness.
