Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant to support various operational functions within our team. Duties

Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory control and organization. Support team management by coordinating schedules and facilitating communication among team members. Engage in retail sales activities, helping customers with inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Utilize math skills to accurately price products and assist in sales transactions. Collaborate with management on payroll processes to ensure accurate employee compensation. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards for presentation and safety. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.

Skills

Strong math skills for pricing and transaction accuracy. Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and team members. Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks efficiently within a busy retail environment. Experience or knowledge in store management practices is preferred. Familiarity with sales management strategies to contribute positively to sales goals. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also being self-motivated when required.
