Job Description

I See Optometry is looking for a caring medical assistant/assistant manager to join our downtown team! Our employees are exceptional people who have a passion for eye care and who thrive on helping others. The successful candidate should have outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, strong multitasking skills, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include: greeting and welcoming patients, collecting their data and medical history, preparing the examination room and performing visual acuity and other tests as necessary. You will also be asked to manage and lead the optometric assistant team to streamline patient flow and optimize patient care.

Qualifications



Strong understanding of medical terminology Proven experience in a medical office setting Proficiency with electronic medical records systems Excellent patient care and customer service skills Background in front desk operations and optical services Familiarity with Optosys software or similar EMR systems Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
