What You'll Do:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning. Lead, train, and motivate our team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure consistent beverage quality and adherence to our signature recipes. Manage inventory, handle daily ordering, and effectively control costs. Address customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. Maintain impeccable store cleanliness and uphold all food safety standards. Assist with cash handling and manage POS system operations. Assume full responsibility for store management in the absence of the Store Manager. Utilize basic office software (like Microsoft Office Suite), manage emails, and prepare reports.

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of management or supervisory experience in the food and beverage retail industry (bubble tea shop experience is a big plus!). Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written. A strong sense of responsibility and proven problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with bubble tea preparation processes and store operations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Proficient in using basic office software (e.g., Word, Excel), capable of writing reports and managing emails. Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems. Flexible availability, including

evenings and weekends
