We're on the hunt for a dynamic, passionate Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team.

As the Assistant Store Manager at Groovy Shoes, you'll be the driving force behind our store's success. You'll be responsible for achieving sales goals, leading a team, managing daily operations, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Ensure that every customer receives the Groovy Shoes experience--friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service. Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of visual presentation, ensuring the store is always fresh, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines. Operations: Handle daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers and the wider community to foster brand loyalty and drive repeat business.

Qualifications:

3 years minimum experience in a retail management role Experience working in footwear and fashion is required. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A passion for sneakers and knowledge of current trends in the industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to management.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Job requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of assistant-manager experience
Experience working in footwear or fashion is required
