Job Description

Plan, organize, direct control and evaluate daily operations

Managing labour costs through effective scheduling and floor management

Controlling food & paper costs using order guidelines

Monitor weekly and monthly inventory costs

Responsible for daily cash procedures

Ensuring that product launches and promotions are executed with perfection

Resolving guest feedback

Coach and discipline Team Members as needed

Lead by example by following all Tim Hortons policies and procedures

Participate in the recruitment process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
