Calgary

and seeking a motivated

Assistant Manager

who will

report directly to the Regional Manager

and help drive sales and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Regional Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving performance targets in the Calgary location. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed KPIs. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure exceptional service standards. Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and compliance with TELUS and ACNS policies. Provide training, feedback, and mentorship to team members. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of retail sales or telecommunications experience. Prior supervisory or assistant management experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Goal-oriented, able to deliver on KPIs and exceed sales objectives. TELUS product knowledge is an asset. Cantonese/Mandarin an asset (not required). Legally eligible to work in Canada (valid SIN required).
