We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager/Server to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment As well as working as a server . Your main goal will be to ensure excellent customer service and handle the bistro
```Duties```
- front counter service , cash , serving customers , opening and closing of restaurant , selling wine and groceries we are a specialty shop and cafe , bakery Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Handle customer inquiries, , and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Utilize POS system to process transactions accurately
```Requirements```
- Previous experience restaurant management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
