POSITION OVERVIEW

Assistant Manager will primarily a mix of day shift and night/closing shifts, including weekend party nights. Responsible for ensuring guests are having a great time, and coaching staff along the way to help them deliver a great guest experience as well. This is a full-time salary position.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2-5 years of experience serving or bartending in a night life pub/bar atmosphere 1-3 years of experience in bar/restaurant management is considered an asset Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders including future clientele Adaptable to work effectively as a team member in ever-changing working environment Excellent verbal communication skills ProServe certification is a requirement ProTect certification is a requirement

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate the fun on weekend party nights, and throughout the week Lead promo runs with staff to other establishments to meet new people and promote the fun Hudsons has to offer Conduct external promotions with the purpose to create connections to create more traffic to the business Create a fun, energized party environment in which guests can let loose and have a good time Build and maintain relationships within the hospitality industry and other sectors in the community Motivate your team members, and positively contribute to an environment in which everyone will thrive Contribute to creating a culture of serious fun Assist in coaching and mentoring staff members

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS & PERKS

Total compensation approximately $60,000 - $75,000

(inclusive of salary, gratuities and bonuses)
