Below The Belt in The Centre is hiring an Assistant Store Manager.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the management team and instrumental in developing of the sales team and overall store sales.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for store operations with focus on sales and operations Lead and inspire store team to outperform budgets and customer expectations Continually motivate, coach and encouragement of sales team Organize ever-changing visual merchandising throughout store Reconciliation of cash, sales receipts, daily paperwork and other administration duties Uphold safety standards and document all accidents/relevant events
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum one year of management experience Strong communication skills: verbal and written Excellent attention to detail plus strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Ability to lift a maximum of 50lbs, use ladders and stand for up to 8 hours per day Knowledge in Microsoft Office, security camera system and Retail POS systems
