We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to support our retail operations. Duties
Assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing staff to enhance team performance.
Manage inventory through effective purchasing, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
Handle cash management tasks including cashiering, cash handling, and bookkeeping.
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Monitor sales performance and assist in implementing marketing strategies to boost sales.
Conduct interviews for potential new hires and participate in the onboarding process.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand's image.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while fostering a positive work atmosphere.
Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others positively.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
Proficient in administrative tasks including payroll processing, budgeting, and time management.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Familiarity with marketing techniques and retail sales strategies is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of store management.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
