Assistant Sales Manager

to join our team and help drive revenue through strategic partnerships, bookings, and local business outreach.

Position Overview:

As the Assistant Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in building relationships with local businesses, event organizers, and travel partners to increase occupancy and overall hotel revenue. You'll also assist with day-to-day front office operations and guest relations, ensuring that every visitor's experience is outstanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel groups. Drive revenue by identifying and securing group bookings, extended stays, and special events. Work alongside hotel management to create promotions, marketing campaigns, and seasonal offers. Track sales performance and assist in setting monthly revenue goals. Respond to guest and client inquiries in a professional, solution-oriented manner. Assist with check-ins, guest services, and maintaining a positive on-site presence. Represent the hotel at local networking events and within the community.

Qualifications:

Experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with basic computer systems, CRM tools, or booking platforms is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$25.40 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 50 per week
