Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

to expand our market presence, build strong client relationships, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients. Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and offline marketing events to promote our products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer experience. Collaborate with other team to generate leads and support business development. Create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, digital/print content) and manage company branding. Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice and engaging content. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Track and analyze marketing performance, providing reports and insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing or business development (B2B experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English required, other languages are an asset. Experience in event planning, trade shows, or offline promotions is highly desirable. Experience in social media management and digital marketing is required. Knowledge of the dental or healthcare industry is a strong advantage. Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
