Duties

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining store standards.
• Train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
• Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support recruiting efforts by participating in the hiring process and onboarding new employees.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to encourage growth and improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both customers and employees.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail management or as a retail clerk is preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Experience in training development to facilitate employee growth.
• Knowledge of sales management techniques to drive store performance.
• Ability to sell products effectively while understanding customer needs.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
