Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Assistant Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will support the store management in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining a positive work environment and achieving store objectives.

Responsibilities



Maintain POS systems for accurate transactions and reporting. Develop training programs for staff to enhance their skills in sales, customer service, and product knowledge. Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial planning initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a safe work environment. Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Supervise and train staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance. Handle recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding new employees. Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate cash handling practices. Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Manage inventory through effective purchasing and pricing strategies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience



Experience in sales management with a focus on achieving targets through effective team management. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for enhancing customer interactions. Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote store initiatives is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.63-$17.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
