About the Role:
As the Assistant Manager of our ReStore, you'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting volunteers and staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a balance of leadership, innovation, and hands-on involvement to help the ReStore thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the ReStore Management in day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory control.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Lead by example with a strong work ethic and integrity.
Assist in training and supervising volunteers and staff, promoting teamwork and a positive culture.
Implement creative solutions to improve sales and operations.
Uphold safety standards and promote efficient workflow.
Support Habitat's mission and values in all aspects of the role.
