Our location in Hanover, ON is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager that wishes to gain experience managing a team and develop the skills necessary to be promoted to Store Manager.
As the Assistant Manager, your role is to assist the Store Manager with daily operations including customer service, adherence to quality standards, store cleanliness, cost controls, coaching team members, marketing, profitability, and creating a fun working environment.
Successful candidates will be available to work flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends for 40 hours per week. Previous experience in the quick service industry is essential.
