The assistant manager will do this by achieving their sales goals through amazing customer service and product knowledge. The candidate needs to be able to drive their team to meet their goals and to keep them motivated. The ideal candidate has to be comfortable leading a team of up to 8 employees.The assistant manager will be responsible for the store operations while the store manager is absent. They will also need to help the store manager with maintaining the store's visual and cleanliness standards.
