Solange Medical is a growing medical aesthetics clinic built on professionalism, trust, and genuine care for our clients. As we open our newest location in downtown Ottawa, we are looking for a Part-Time Clinic Manager who can help bring our standards, culture, and client experience to life. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting a team, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, organized, and polished clinic atmosphere.

Position Summary

This role is perfect for someone who is naturally organized, confident with people, and comfortable running the day-to-day operations of a small but busy clinic. You will be the point person for staff support, client experience, scheduling, and ensuring that our space runs smoothly and stays true to our brand values. If you're someone who likes taking ownership, solving problems on the spot, and keeping things moving seamlessly, you'll fit in well with us.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the clinic runs efficiently Support and guide staff, including injectors, laser technicians, and front desk team members Manage schedules, bookings, and any staffing adjustments Provide warm, professional customer service and handle client concerns with care Ensure all protocols, policies, and Public Health standards are followed Assist with onboarding and training new team members Keep an eye on inventory, place orders, and maintain organized stock levels Maintain a clean, polished, and welcoming clinic environment Assist with administrative tasks, daily closing duties, and basic reporting Support promotional activities, memberships, and client programs

Requirements

Previous experience in a management or supervisory role Background in aesthetics, beauty, spa, or healthcare is an asset Strong communicator with a calm, professional presence Excellent multitasking and organizational skills Comfortable enforcing policies in a fair and respectful manner Able to work independently and take initiative Tech-comfortable; experience with booking systems is helpful Availability for some evening and weekend shifts
