Job Description


We are looking for motivated, driven and enthusiastic candidates for a full-time remote Assistant Manager position. This position is an entry-level role with the potential for quick progression for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

To provide support to the Office manager
Raise, record, and maintain documentation within the administration system, policies, and procedures
Responding and actioning of emails
Maintain procurement/project and finance records
Assist with and compile monthly reporting
Assist in development of presentation and promotional materials
Compile and distribute meeting minutes as required
Ensure work is completed in line with project requirements
Raising and receipting of purchase orders
Responding and actioning of internal/external mailbox emails
General office duties such as scanning/photocopying

About you:

MS office knowledge
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work in a small team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships

Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
