Job Summary:
As an Assistant Manager at McDonalds, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, delivery excellent customer service, and supporting the development of crew members. You will assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day operations, leading a team, and driving key business results, including guest experience, profitability, and team engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
Assist in recruiting, training, and developing crew and shift managers.
Foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
Lead by example, ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
Ensure top-tier customer service by coaching and supporting team members.
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively.
Monitor speed of service and restaurant cleanliness.
Operations & Business Performance
Assist in inventory management, ordering, and waste control.
Ensure food safety and health regulations are met.
Monitor and analyze key business metrics (sales, labor, costs) to optimize efficiency.
Cash & Asset Management
Assist in daily cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting.
Maintain security protocols to prevent loss and ensure compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a high energy setting.
Basic understanding of business operations, inventory management, and financial reporting.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
