We're looking for a motivated and organized
Assistant Manager
to help oversee daily operations, support our team, and keep things running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for leadership, logistics, and customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager with daily operations and ensure all shifts run efficiently.
Supervise dispatchers, drivers, and support staff to maintain high performance and morale.
Help coordinate and optimize towing schedules and routes for maximum efficiency.
Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive service experience.
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and compliance with safety regulations.
Help manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Assist in hiring, training, and performance reviews for team members.
Maintain accurate records of services, incidents, and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local/state regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in towing, logistics, transportation, or related field.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and make decisions quickly.
Proficient with dispatch software, GPS systems, and basic computer tools.
