Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Assistant

to join our team. This multifaceted role involves warehouse support, delivery driving, administrative assistance, and sales support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver goods to customers and business partners in a timely manner Load and unload cargo efficiently Follow assigned routes and maintain delivery schedules Provide excellent customer service during deliveries Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles for safety and mechanical issues Accurately document driving logs, mileage, and delivery details Support the sales team with the full sales cycle: cold calling, prospecting, pitching, and closing deals Organize and prepare materials for review, ensuring deadlines are met Perform various administrative and operational tasks as needed Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment Maintain high attention to detail and strong organizational habits

Requirements

Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience in B2B sales or sales support Post-secondary certificate, diploma, or equivalent education

Preferred Skills

Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus) Basic knowledge of automotive repair and preventative maintenance Commercial driving experience is an asset
