Gas N Go General Stores & Markets is looking for individuals who are looking to grow within our company and become apart of the management team within the Nanaimo and Cedar Area

We are looking for responsible and self-motivated leaders who enjoy a challenge!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Have the physical ability to perform all duties of a store cashier regularly Recruit, hire and supervise staff Implementing and enforcing established procedures Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Ability to reconcile daily funds

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Nanaimo, BC V9X 1L9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

Leadership: 1 year (required)

Driving Licence (preferred)
