Duties

Assist in the management of daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Support the training and development of staff to enhance their skills and performance. Oversee sales activities, including setting sales goals and monitoring progress towards targets. Manage budgeting processes, ensuring financial objectives are met while maintaining operational excellence. Handle payroll functions accurately and timely to ensure employee satisfaction. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and resolve any issues or concerns. Collaborate with the store manager on inventory management and merchandising strategies. Utilize negotiation skills to foster positive relationships with vendors and suppliers. Perform cashier duties as needed, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
