What You'll Do

Lead and support the team during busy shifts Maintain Wild Flour's high standards for product quality and guest experience Assist with opening/closing procedures Support inventory, ordering, and prep systems Help train and coach new team members (with guidance from leadership) Problem solve on the fly and keep the energy positive Work closely with the GM and Ownership to create a smooth, consistent operation Contribute ideas and help shape the Abbotsford store as it grows

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
