Key Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager with day-to-day motel operations
Provide outstanding customer service to guests before, during, and after their stay
Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and issue resolution
Oversee daily tasks and ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Handle basic bartending and serving
Step in to assist with
cleaning and room turnovers when needed
Ensure house rules, safety, and service standards are consistently followed

Previous serving or bartending experience not required but considered an asset

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

light to moderate cleaning duties as required
Ability to work independently and take initiative
