We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that both guests and staff have a positive experience.

Responsibilities

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of food quality and service. Manage and train restaurant staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Assist in developing and implementing promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchen spaces.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the food service or hospitality industry, in a management role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the restaurant environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
