Through our accredited training program, you will be tasked with the following:
- Work as a team to help our customers maintain their vehicles
- Develop a full understanding of company objectives, policies and procedures
- Complete our Certification programs
- Slowly take accountability for tasks such as scheduling, inventory control, employee coaching and development, and more
- Develop the ability to run and/or assist one of our many locations
WHAT WE NEED
- A dedicated, hard-working individual that can take direction well
- A team player with customer service experience
- Previous management experience is an asset
- Automotive experience
- Valid first aid certificate preferred
- Knowledge of the Ontario Health & Safety Act
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated
- Ability to notice things and take action
- Flexibility to work overtime and fill in as required (Store is open 7 days per week)
- Preference will be given to those who possess a post-secondary diploma in either business or automotive
- Must have a valid G driver's license
- Basic computer skills an asset, specifically Excel and Windows
