Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Supervise and train staff to enhance their skills in customer service, sales, and merchandising. Manage inventory levels through effective purchasing and pricing strategies. Oversee cash handling procedures, including cashiering and payroll management. Conduct interviews and participate in the recruiting process to build a strong team. Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote store events. Maintain organized records for bookkeeping and administrative tasks. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and time management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain store cleanliness.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred. Strong background in customer service with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Familiarity with POS systems, budgeting, merchandising, and sales management. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
