Summary



This dual-focus position is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment while driving revenue growth. You'll support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations while actively contributing to our sales pipeline through client relationship building and business development. This role offers significant exposure to both the creative and commercial sides of the business, providing a unique opportunity to develop a comprehensive skill set in a fast-paced graphics industry environment.

Responsibilities



Operations & Team Management Assist the General Manager in daily operations, workflow coordination, and project oversight
Inside Sales & Business Development

Generate new business through proactive outbound calling, email campaigns, and client prospecting Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximize repeat business and upselling opportunities Respond to inbound inquiries, prepare quotes, and convert leads into sales Maintain accurate records in and track sales pipeline Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling proposals and presentations Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Identify market trends and customer needs to inform business strategy
Client Relations

Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction Build long-term partnerships through exceptional service delivery Supervise production staff and ensure timely delivery of client projects Monitor quality standards and implement process improvements Coordination between design, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution Support inventory management, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance Step in as acting manager during absences or as needed Hands on support of production team as needed

QUALIFICATIONS



Required

High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated talent for motivating staff Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with proven problem-solving abilities Adaptable mindset with ability to handle difficult situations under pressure Capacity to analyze information, formulate plans, and articulate goals effectively Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management Proficiency in time management and multitasking
Preferred

4+ years of management experience Background in graphics industry, particularly vehicle graphics or similar applications Experience with relevant design and production software Knowledge of large format printing and installation techniques Understanding of materials and substrates used in vehicle graphics Experience in a manufacturing or automotive-related environment Post-secondary education in business, design, or related field

Pay: $41,796.03-$104,442.78 per year
