Notre Dame Castle Building Centre is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Grand Falls Windsor location. We are a local, family owned and operated business, with ten locations across Newfoundland and Labrador. As Assistant Manager, you will be a highly skilled, motivated individual with a strong work ethic and proven management abilities. Duties include:
Possess strong salesmanship, be responsible for sales performance and customer service issues
Demonstrate sensitivity to customer needs and willingness to build sincere relationships
Effectively manage employee work scheduling, engage and motivate team members with energy and optimism
Responsibilities include appropriate merchandising supervision throughout the store and warehouse from displays to pricing, and inventory turnover
Provide leadership in educating staff and customers on warranty and credit policies, product knowledge and procedures
Responsible for general operational concerns of the business from security to product logistics
