The Shift Supervisors must manage all employees, and ensure all guests expectations are exceeded during their visit. Shift Supervisors help with the food ordering process, manage food delivery, prepare catering and help develop future leaders within our brand.

You will start as a team member, and quickly work through management training in order to qualify for the position.You MUST have a minimum of 1 year Restaurant Management experience in Canada, in order to be considered.

Requirements:
Leadership experience preferred Top-notch customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to work on his/her feet for extended periods of time Able to lift 50 lbs Represents Firehouse Subs in a professional and positive manner at all times Communicates effectively to General Manager/Owner all issues and opportunities which may impact business Open/flexible availability Reliable transportation Team Player Hard worker
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour
