The Role: Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will directly contribute to the success of a multi-million-dollar restaurant. You'll be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, ensuring excellence in product quality, guest experience, and operational standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with the General Manager and management team to deliver on financial goals, people development, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a motivated restaurant team Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring top-tier food and hospitality standards Support the General Manager in executing strategic business and operational goals Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and quality control Uphold brand standards in service, cleanliness, and compliance Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members

Training

All selected Assistant Managers will complete comprehensive training at California Pizza Kitchen Windermere (Edmonton) before transitioning to the new South Edmonton location.
