French-inspired bagel sandwiches

to life -- with premium ingredients, bold flavors, and a sprinkle of oh la la.

We're opening our very first Canadian location at

West Edmonton Mall

and we're looking for an

Assistant Manager

to help lead the team and deliver an unforgettable customer experience (bagels and berets included).

What You'll Do:

Support the General Manager in daily operations Lead and motivate team members on shift Ensure top-quality food prep and presentation Handle customer service like a pro -- with warmth, speed, and charm Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback Help manage inventory, orders, and shift reports Uphold Bonjour Bagel's hygiene, food safety, and brand standards Jump in wherever needed -- from the kitchen line to the front counter

What You Bring:

1+ year experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role (restaurant or cafe preferred) Excellent communication and team leadership skills Positive energy and a customer-first mindset Ability to multitask and stay cool during a rush A love for fresh food, friendly vibes, and maybe a few French cliches

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed
