What You'll Do:

Leadership: Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations while leading, motivating, and mentoring a dynamic retail team. Customer Experience: Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring every interaction reflects our dedication to quality service. Inventory Management: Manage product ordering, receiving, and merchandising to keep the store well-stocked and visually appealing. Health & Safety: Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations to create a secure environment for employees and customers. Community Engagement: Help build Payzant reputation by fostering customer relationships and representing the store positively.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Retail management or supervisory experience, ideally in the building supplies or home improvement sector. Leadership Skills: A proven ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team to success. Customer Focus: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships. Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to connect with employees, customers, and the Sackville community.
