What You'll Do

Lead day-to-day operations of the Customer Experience department, including staffing, scheduling, and service execution. Supervise and coach a diverse team, fostering high performance and continuous growth. Resolve complex customer service issues with a calm, confident, and professional approach. Collaborate across departments (Service, Dispatch, Warehouse) to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor performance metrics, vehicle schedules, job readiness, and team efficiency. Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training for customer-facing staff. Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation within your team.

What You Bring

5+ years of customer service experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role. Experience leading diverse teams in fast - paced environments ( manufacturing, construction, or field service is a strong asset). Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems with urgency and care. A customer-first mindset with excellent negotiation and coaching skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude. Strategic thinking with a results-oriented, problem-solving approach. Willingness to travel and a passion for building lasting partnerships.
