Job Description
As a Showcase Assistant Manager you will support your Store Manager in
contributing to your stores success by leading with an unwavering focus on
delivering a fun and unique guest experience. Accountable for maximizing sales
potential by coaching associates\' behaviours on the sales floor, setting expectations
and ensuring execution. A focused attention to detail in store operations and
preservation of Showcases policies and procedures.
What youll be doing
- High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product
- Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including store front demos
- Contributing to your stores success by maximizing sales and key metrics
- Support your store manager by ensuring execution of store standards, policies &
- Maximizing sales potential by leading associates\' behaviours on the sales floor,
What youll need to be successful
- A minimum of one year supervisor experience in a retail environment
- A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
- A focused attention to detail in store operations and preservation of Showcases
- Effective coaching skills, with the ability to inspire top performers
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Flexible availability - including days, nights, weekends, holidays
- Demonstration experience an asset
