Job Description

As a Showcase Assistant Manager you will support your Store Manager in
contributing to your store\xe2\x80\x99s success by leading with an unwavering focus on
delivering a fun and unique guest experience. Accountable for maximizing sales
potential by coaching associates\' behaviours on the sales floor, setting expectations
and ensuring execution. A focused attention to detail in store operations and
preservation of Showcase\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures.

• High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product

knowledge and suggestive selling

• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including store front demos
• Contributing to your store\xe2\x80\x99s success by maximizing sales and key metrics
• Support your store manager by ensuring execution of store standards, policies &

procedures

• Maximizing sales potential by leading associates\' behaviours on the sales floor,

setting expectations and ensuring execution.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be successful\xe2\x80\xa6

• A minimum of one year supervisor experience in a retail environment
• A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
• A focused attention to detail in store operations and preservation of Showcase\xe2\x80\x99s

policies and procedures.

• Effective coaching skills, with the ability to inspire top performers
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• Flexible availability \xe2\x80\x93 including days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Demonstration experience an asset
