About the Role:

Take 5 Oil Change Cornwall is hiring an

Assistant Manager

to help oversee store operations, supervise staff with minimal supervision, deliver excellent customer service, and perform basic automotive maintenance. This is a great chance to build your career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years' experience in automotive service with sales success Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work weekends and lift/move up to 40 kg Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused Basic mechanical knowledge and customer service experience

What You'll Do:

Oversee daily store operations Supervise, train, and motivate technicians with minimal oversight Assist customers with recommendations and transactions Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections Maintain inventory and ensure shop safety Operate POS system and manage daily workflow
