What you'll do

Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and excellent customer service. Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills. Supervise shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Engage in recruiting efforts by interviewing potential candidates and onboarding new hires. Implement effective marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and drive sales growth. Maintain high standards of store presentation through effective merchandising and inventory control.

Basic qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager with a focus on team leadership.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
