We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our business while ensuring exceptional customer service. The Assistant Manager will assist in driving sales, managing inventory, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by following Milestone's systems and standards. Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and training of new staff members. Support sales management by implementing strategies to meet sales goals and objectives. Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability. Collaborate with the management team to market and sell products effectively. Lead by example in all aspects of the business. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and motivation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in the restaurant industry. Experience in profit and loss management. Proficient in cash handling procedures with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to recruit, interview, and train new employees effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
