Assistant Lifestyle Marketing Professional (LMP) - Floating
Reports to: Executive Director, VP of Operations
Overview:
The Floating Assistant Lifestyle Marketing Professional (LMP) serves as a dynamic, mobile ambassador for The Manor Village Lifestyle Experience(TM) across multiple communities. This role is designed to adapt to varying needs within the organization and float between communities, supporting marketing, sales, and lead generations to ensure they are consistently upheld, regardless of location. The Floating Assistant LMP is responsible for assisting existing community Lifestyle Marketing Professionals (LMPs) by covering their communities when absent by managing inquiries, coordinating personalized visits, generating leads, supporting marketing initiatives, and contributing to the achievement of occupancy and revenue goals at each community they serve.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Lifestyle Services
Flexible Inquiries Response: Respond to phone, mail, and e-mail inquiries within 24 hours across multiple locations.
Personalized Visits: Facilitate personalized tours and consultations with prospective residents at various communities, adapting to community-specific needs.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Manage follow-up processes for prospects, ensuring a seamless experience across different locations.
Sales Process: Work directly with prospective residents and community Executive Directors to coordinate move-in dates, match residents to available suites, and manage the sales pipeline.
Cross-Community Support: Assist Reception teams in maintaining up-to-date marketing materials and ensuring all inquiry forms are readily available.
Community Maintenance and Presentation
Facility Appearance: Collaborate with Administration and Maintenance teams across multiple communities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
Community Environment: Ensure show suites and common areas meet the expectations of prospective residents, contributing to a positive first impression at each location.
Data Gathering and Reporting
Tracking Leads: Accurately input leads into the database, ensuring consistency across communities, and track the source of each lead.
Weekly Check-Ins: Participate in weekly meetings with Executive Directors to assess performance, including Value Matching and lead conversion strategies.
Competitive Market Analysis: Maintain competitive analysis reports across locations, ensuring up-to-date information on competitor rates, services, and amenities.
Monthly Reports: Provide reports on sales, marketing productivity, conversion rates, lost lead analysis, and other key metrics to relevant stakeholders.
Marketing and Sales Initiatives
Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with community leadership to develop and execute a 90-day marketing and sales action plan for each community, with flexibility to adjust based on specific location needs.
Lead Generation: Implement and monitor both internal and external lead-generating activities at various communities.
Marketing Expenditures: Monitor and manage marketing-related expenditures to ensure alignment with the community's budget.
Cross-Community Events: Represent The Manor Village at trade fairs and marketing events as needed, promoting the Lifestyle Experience(TM) and fostering brand awareness across regions.
Company-Focused Marketing
Support Company-Wide Initiatives: Assist with company-wide marketing efforts, including advertising, social media, and public relations campaigns.
Collaboration: Work with corporate marketing teams to ensure the production of up-to-date marketing collateral across all locations.
Database Development: Build and maintain a database of community resources, referral sources, and key contacts to generate leads.
Community Outreach: Actively educate the community about The Manor Village's approach to senior living, adapting messaging based on community-specific demographics.
Miscellaneous
Collaborative Teamwork: Work with other team members across various communities to ensure the marketing and sales process is seamlessly integrated into the broader community operations.
Support: Act as backup support and/or fill in for existing Lifestyle Marketing Professionals when needed.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing workloads, locations, and schedules, including working weekends and evenings when required.
Qualifications
Experience: 3 years of sales, marketing, or related experience, preferably with seniors or in senior living.
Skills: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word), CRM tools, and data entry systems.
Flexibility: Ability to work across various communities, adjusting to different environments and cultures.
Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between locations.
Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence with the ability to connect with diverse communities and individuals.
Physical and Sensory Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
Must have the ability to adapt to various sensory and physical demands associated with different locations.
Working Conditions
Full-time availability with flexible hours.
Ability to work across multiple locations as a floating resource.
Occasional evening, weekend, and travel required.
