About the role

Kerry (Canada) Inc is recruiting for an Assistant Lead- Operator to provide support to all areas of production ensuring that both machines and facilities are maintained to operate in a safe efficient manner.



Salary: $22-23/hr



This position has a continuous 12-hour shift and is both days and nights.

Key responsibilities

Operate mobile equipment Perform and lead preventative maintenance Contribute to implement continuous improvements Maintain consistent production quality and work records Provide leadership when required and support when required

Qualifications and skills

Minimum grade 12 education Experience leading a shift in a continuous production environment would be an asset Mechanical aptitude Able to perform physical labour or work at heights Strong computer skills Ability to work independently or in a team environment Able to comprehend and follow safety procedures Work well in a team environment and able to communicate well with peers and supervisors via verbal and written communication * Strong work ethic
